Catalina Perez is a 26-year-old woman, and is the Highest Scientist. She is feared by the other world leaders for her genius.

Catalina made a deal with the banished Space God, Striatus, when she was in her final year of school. She gained the God’s infinite knowledge, and allowed her to perfect her soul-splitting invention that changed the world. Catalina bears the mark of the symbol she used to summon the god on her hands.

Catalina is very stern, cold and calculating. However, this changes when she is with her best and only friend, Relt. Although she claims to act in the best interests of her Australian citizens, the Highest Scientist seems to have an agenda of her own…

Relt is Catalina’s childhood friend, and the creator of the soul-splitting machine the Highest Scientist refined to create her soul-splitting procedure. She currently works as a high-ranking Intelligence Officer for the Australian Intelligence Department.

Relt wears glasses to cover her eyes to hide the scarring on her face that was caused by her sadistic 50, Aderyn. She believes everyone she has ever interacted with has had bad experiences because of her, which has led her to become rude, bossy and nasty towards individuals she begins to care about.

Relt is in love with her ex co-worker Balency, and is jealous of Beatrix.

High Scientist Majesty is in charge of the production and distribution of weaponry across Australia. She is a genius engineer of very few words, and is the Highest Scientist’s right hand.

Majesty used to be the President of Croatia. The Highest scouted her out to join her Government.

Special ability: Can transform into an octopus-like creature. Her cybernetic arm can transform into a Gatling Gun.

High Scientist Pincushion was the only High Scientist that was created by Catalina. He was created in 3030. Catalina called him Pincushion because she thought his head looked like one.

He ends up being killed by the Highest Scientist after he questions her authority,

High Scientist Deakin is a chemistry expert. He is always armed with a few vials of elements he can mix together to create potent chemical?
